We are going to relocate from Flower Mound, TX to the Fort Mill area.

 

Our first concern is the education of a fourteen year old who will be starting high school in the fall.  Next, we have to sell our 3,700 s.q. foot house.  So...we plan to rent or lease to begin...$1,600.00 per month or less.

For Purchasing:
South Charlotte is our specialty. This includes Ballantyne, Fort Mill, Ardrey, Marvin and Waxhaw-all are within a 10 mile radius of each other. John Wieland (the builder/developer of Bridgemill) has several communities within this area, and the schools throughout this zone all receive top ratings.

For Leasing:
We have a couple of good property management companies that could help you secure a beautiful rental home in the area while you wait for your home to sell-as well as our own resources within the MLS.
