Highgrove Homes in South Charlotte Near Ballantyne

highgroveCrescent Community developed the neighborhood of Highgrove and its homes to look and feel like it’s been here for decades, when in actuality, home building started in the late 1990’s-early 2000’s.

Highgrove is located in the heart of South Charlotte in the prestigious area known as Ballantyne.

The neighborhood design incorporates a village green and wooded park area along with a community clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts. Many of the homes have lots large enough to accommodate their own swimming pool.

The exquisite architectual designs are from some of Charlotte’s top custom builders including (but not limited to): Cyras Homes, Simonini, John R. Poore, Regal Custom Builders, Dienst, Helms, Stevens Construction and Kingswood.
