The Charlotte market seems to have picked up! Yeah!
Our web site is enjoying quite a bit of new activity and the phones have started ringing with past clients expressing interest in buying and/or selling or both. Along with new ones, it feels great to feel our housing market starting to move again!
No telling what the draw is, but it may have something to do with the recent extended, modified tax legislation.
At this point, something has started to stimulate our market, and that is the most logical tipping point that comes to mind!
My thoughts? Bring it on, we'll give you a big southern welcome!
